My name is Lidia. Over the last few years, I was looking for natural ways to improve my health and regain my vitality. I had learnt about nutrition, different techniques of body cleansing, and experienced an amazing transformation of myself, but there was something missing.
When I discovered reflexology, it happened to be a fantastic support for my body and a great way to prevent illness. It gives me clues when something disturbing happens so I can react by restoring the balance in my system. It became my passion and a way to deal with any difficult situation.
I have found out that every person has self-healing power, but you need to awaken it and stimulate it to act. I am grateful to my mentor, Wanda Bratko, because she taught me the reflexology technique and showed me what our bodies are capable of! It is an undeniable MIRACLE, not yet fully discovered!
Now, as I am a certified reflexologist myself, I would like to share my passion with others and help them discover the healing power and potential within themselves.
